Consider this: in just five minutes, we often engage in numerous tasks—brushing our teeth, retrieving the car from the garage, flipping through television channels, opening and closing the refrigerator, waiting for a taxi, or sending an email. These actions typically occur without our conscious awareness.

What if we dedicated five minutes to simply reflect on ourselves? This is precisely where the concept of "balloon" comes into play. The balloon symbolizes the desired state of mind during meditation: empty and free from intrusive thoughts. Its buoyancy, representing freedom as it floats through nature, encapsulates the serene mindset we aim to achieve in our meditation practice.

The initiative titled "5 MINUTES, I MEDITATE" is championed by the organization MANOS SIN FRONTERAS, advocating for mindfulness and introspection in our fast-paced lives.
